Office Manager

The Office Manager is responsible for the smooth running of an international office of 35-40 people. The job requires a cool head and excellent organisation skills. You will have a job with some tight deadlines and a lot of variety. The role is new within Europeana and requires someone with previous experience of office management to be able to set up and run a multi-cultural multi-project office. Applications must be received before 2 February COB.

Java Developer for one of the most exciting projects in Europe, Europeana.eu. Developing in a cutting edge, open source environment, the job requires the understanding and interpretation of the business and the technical and semantic interoperability requirements from a broad range of cultural heritage backgrounds. We are looking for a java developer, who likes working in a team and in a fast paced environment. You should have some systems knowledge and a desire to learn new things. You must be capable of interpreting functional specifications and documenting your own work. Applications must be received before 25 January COB.
